This is part of a draw bridge system over one of the channels in downtown Boston. This was one of the first compositions I took where I really tried to simplify as much as possible.

WWII Memorial Fountain

This is a great example of compression in a telephoto lens. The distance between the WW II Memorial Fountain, Washington Monument and the Capital Building is over a mile but the telephoto lens makes it looks like it's much closer.
